1. How do I sign-up my organization?

First time users can create an organization account here. If you have questions, contact us.

2. What should I do if I forgot my User ID and password?

The default User ID is first initial of your first name and your last name with no spaces, hyphen or any special character.

Example: My Name:
User ID:
Password:
John Doe
Jdoe
John


The default password is your first name all in lowercase with no spaces. You are required to change your password on first sign-in. If you don’t remember your password, use Forgot Password page.

3. My User ID and password do not work. What should I do?

4. What are the technical requirements to start the online tool?
  • Latest version of Internet Explorer or Safari
  • Minimum resolution of 1024

8. The rate checkup I need is locked. What do I do?

A locked rate checkup indicates that someone is working in it.


A yellow lock means that it’s locked by another person. To unlock:
1. Mouse over the lock to see who has it locked.
2. Contact that person to have them unlock it.


A green lock indicates that you have the rate checkup locked. To unlock:
1. Go into the rate checkup by clicking view/edit.
2. Click on the Back button at the bottom of your screen.
